Marshall Health, in collaboration with the Cabell-Huntington Health Department, Harmony House and the West Virginia Department of Health and Human Resources, will offer free and confidential HIV testing from 2 to 6 p.m. Wednesday, Dec. 1, at the health department, 703 7th Ave. in Huntington.
