On June 5, U.S. Sen. Joe Manchin, D-W.Va., member of the Senate Appropriations Committee, announced $4,047,745 from the U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) for the Berkeley Medical Center in Martinsburg.
