U.S. Senators Shelley Moore Capito, R-W.Va., and Joe Manchin, D-W.Va., applauded the passage of Senate legislation Tuesday that would require the Secretary of Veterans Affairs to submit to Congress a report on the use of security cameras in VA medical centers.
